Cultural Innovation Project Made by National Library of China
In 2022, the International Education Research and Development Centre planned and organized the "Chinese Culture Experiential Learning Research Group".
This project explores how to apply the experiential learning method in the field of Chinese cultural education through the application of the "Hands-on-Book" series of the National Library of China, through the professional research, experience exchange and school-based experiments of the teachers of the research group.
The purpose of the project is to explore how to use different teaching materials and teaching aids in combination with school activities and related courses to make teaching easier and more interesting, and to stimulate students' interest in learning Chinese culture.
In the first stage of the project, the "Hands-on-the-Book" cultural experience box of the National Library of China is used as the main teaching aid, which is organically integrated into school activities and student courses.
The "Hands-on-the-Book" cultural experience box set includes 6 ancient handicraft themed boxes, each of which contains exquisite handmade materials and graphic descriptions, allowing users to easily get started and experience the fun and charm of traditional Chinese craftsmanship.
